港口能级与城市经济协调发展评价及对策研究——以安徽省沿江5市为例

Assessment of Coordinated Development between Port Level and Urban Economy: A Case Study of 5 Cities along the Yangtze River in Anhui Province

摘要: 我国内河港口较多存在建设落后、能级不高、低质竞争等不足,港城协同发展水平亟待提高。构建港口能级—城市经济系统综合评价体系,基于耦合协调模型分析安徽省沿江5市港口能级—城市经济系统耦合协调发展特征。结果发现:(1)两子系统均稳步提升,但港口能级由领先城市经济向落后城市经济转变;(2)各市两子系统提升速度差异显著且差距均呈扩大态势,港口能级逐渐不能满足城市经济发展的需求;(3)两子系统耦合度处于较高水平且变化较小,耦合协调度稳步提升,实现了由拮抗发展向优质协调的提升;(4)各市耦合协调度稳步提升但分异明显,大小排序为芜湖>马鞍山>铜陵≈安庆>池州,且耦合协调度越高的城市,耦合协调度提升速度越快。

Abstract: Inland ports are mostly characterized by backward construction, small level, low-quality competition and low coordinated development with city. By constructing port level and urban economy integrated index system, coordinated development degree model was employed to analyze the coordinated development between port level and urban economy system of 5 cities along the Yangtze River in Anhui Province. It was found that: (1) the integrated development level of two systems both rose steadily, but port level shifted from keeping ahead to lagging behind urban economy; (2) rising speeds of two systems were differing and gaps of two systems among case cities were widen in recent years, most port levels of case cities gradually cannot meet the need of urban economic development; (3) coupling degree between two systems kept on high levels with slight fluctuations and coupling coordinative degree kept a steady rise, promoting from antagonistic development to high-quality coordination; (4) coupling coordinative degree of case cities rose steady with an obvious differentiation and ranked by Wuhu>Ma’ anshan>Tongling≈Anqing>Chizhou, indicating that city with high coupling coordinative degree kept a high rising rate.
