基于公众感知的广州花城广场意象研究

摘要: 城市广场意象是经由广场空间环境与人的双向互动后而产生的公众对广场空间环境的直接或间接的经验认识和主观印象,它是衡量城市广场空间品质的有效手段。随着大众休闲时代的到来,公众对城市主要的公共活动空间——城市广场提出了更高的要求。从公众使用感知的角度对广场意象的研究能为城市广场的建设和使用提供针对性指导。本文在梳理意象理论及相关主题研究基础上,尝试对城市广场意象进行概念界定和研究体系构建,结合认知地图法和开放式问题,从物质层面的结构性意象感知和精神层面的评价性意象感知对花城广场的公众意象感知进行了较为细致、全面的研究,以期为今后的城市广场空间布局、环境规划提供借鉴,更好地促进人与空间的和谐共处。研究结果表明:(1)在结构性意象感知方面,公众感知的花城广场主要为分布在金穗路以南的南半部,花城广场纺锤状的平面在公众意象中变形成长条形;强意象感知集中在四大文化场馆(图书馆、博物馆、少年宫和大剧院),意象强度由南往北递减。花城广场意象结构认知地图由散点型、段型和单体型构成,意象结构感知不强,尤其是道路要素意象感最为模糊。(2)在评价性意象感知方面,公众意象由景观环境、建筑设施、文化资源、休闲氛围和地方感五类意象因子组成。花城广场在今后的投入使用中要加强自身的道路标识建设,增强意象可感知性,尤其要注重北部区域意象感塑造。

 

Abstract: The image of the city square is a direct or indirect experience and subjective impression of the square space environment created by the two-way interaction between the square space environment and the public. It is an effective means to measure the spatial quality of the city square. With the advent of the mass leisure era, the public put forward higher requirements on the city's main public activity space ——the city square, research on square imagery provide targeted reference and guidance for the construction and use of the city square from the user point of view. On the basis of summarizing the theory of image and related research, This paper tries to define the concept and construct the research system of city square image. this paper uses cognitive map method, questionnaire survey method and makes a detailed and comprehensive study both in terms of image structure perception and image evaluation perception of Guangzhou Huacheng plaza, and providing guidance and reference to layout of the city square space, environmental planning for the future and promoting the harmonious coexistence of people and space. The study found that: (1) In terms of image structure perception, The public perception of the Huacheng plaza is to the south of Jinsui Road which is south of the square, the spindle-like plane in the public image of the deformation of a long strip. Strong image perception concentrated in the four major cultural venues (libraries, museums, children's palace, theaters), the trend of the image is decrease progressively from the south to the north. The cognitive map of Huacheng plaza image structure is composed of the simple type of scatter type, fragment type and monomer type. The image structure of Huacheng plaza is not strong, especially the road elements; (2) In terms of image evaluation perception, the image factors of Huacheng plaza is composed of environmental, facility, cultural resource, leisure atmosphere, a sense of place. Huacheng Plaza should strengthen the road signs, enhance the perceived image, with particular attention to the image of the northern region in the future.
