Abstract: The problems about the effect of innovation on employment are complicated problems, and are also research topics which scholars are interested to. So far, both in theoretical research and in empirical research, academic circles couldn't clear diagnosis the effect of innovation on employment. The results show that the level of analysis is an extremely important aspect of the research on the effect of innovation on employment. The paper is to comb the research results of the impact of innovation on employment abroad from the enterprise, industry and macro-economy levels, in order to provide a reference for the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy.
