Abstract:

With the large-scale development of urban renewal across the country, the spatial perception and participation degree of citizens in the promotion of the project has become a topic of increasing concern in the academic circle. Meanwhile, public participation is also a way of community governance. Under the influence of humanism, community-scale urban renewal research is devoted to exploring the perception and participation of different resident groups in the process of renewal. Takeing Guanggang New Town during the implementation stage of the renewal project as the case, analyzes the current situation of green space construction, and tries to explore the public participation in green space construction of Guanggang New Town through the remote sensing of green space change and in-depth interview. The study found that :(1) the increase of green space area and spatial accessibility in the area of Guanggang New Town were significantly improved, but there was no positive correlation with the green space perception of new residents;(2) with the construction of the renewal project, new residents enter the built-up area, while the renewal planning stage is mainly carried out according to the opinions of the original subjects, and the degree of public participation of different subjects is uneven, resulting in the disorder of spatial fairness.(3) the change of the subject is a dynamic factor that should be paid attention to in the process of urban renewal. Spatial perception of different subjects needs to be paid attention to in the process of community governance. This study combines remote sensing and geographic information system technology, and takes the perception of low efficiency as the topic to discuss community governance, in order to provide some references for the public participation and collaboration paradigm in the stage of practicing of urban renewal projects.
