在青岛的韩国人的社会融合研究

摘要：

中韩建交以来，青岛凭借优美的自然环境、快速的经济发展吸引大量的韩国人和韩国企业流入，韩国人已逐渐成为当地社会经济中不可或缺的组成部分。通过问卷调查和访谈获取数据资料，从社会经济、文化、心理三个方面构建了在青岛的韩国人的社会融合维度，分析了在青岛的韩国人的社会融合状况及其影响因素。研究发现：在青岛的韩国人社会整体融合的水平不高；其中，文化融合的程度最高，社会经济融合的程度次之，心理融合的程度最低。融合程度受年龄、文化程度、本地亲属数、来青时间等因素的影响。在此基础上，从思想转变、搭建信息平台、政府管理三方面提出促进在青岛的韩国人社会融合的建议。

Abstract:

Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Korea, Qingdao has attracted a large number of Korean people with its beautiful natural environment and rapid economic development. Korean people have gradually become an integral part of the local society. Based on the data acquired from questionnaires and interviews, the dimensions of social integration of Korean in Qingdao were constructed from three aspects: economy, culture and psychology. Also, the social integration of Korean in Qingdao and its influencing factors were analyzed. The study discovered that the level of social integration of Koreans in Qingdao is not high. In the four aspects of social integration, cultural integration has the highest degree, psychological integration is the lowest,and economic integration is in between. The degree of integration is affected by age, educational level, the number of local relatives and the time of staying in Qingdao.Based on the findings, some suggestions are put forward to enhance the social integration of Koreans in Qingdao in terms of the following three aspects: thoughts change, media integration, and government management.
