Abstract: The countries in the Middle East which have experienced the Arab Spring now are not able to carry on and remain fixed in social turmoil and clashes, while the anti-governmental armed group of the “Islamic State of Iraq and Syria” (IS) is taking advantage of the situation and inciting the conflicts.The devastation made by IS caused not only the entanglement of the regional politics structure in the Middle-East area but also could let to a bigger war to maintain the peace in the world. IS has been active for a long time on the border area between Iraq and Syria, and it could have a strong influence on the already insipid relations between Iraq and Iran. We aim to summarize the interactions between these two countries in relation to religion, economy, diplomacy, and state of the army under the rise of IS from the perspective of Geo-politics. And noted geopolitical?situation?in the?Mid- East causing this changed. It promoted?the?formation?of?new?patterns?for?separation?of the?three?major?geographical?groups?in the?Middle East,?also?caused?foreign?countries?to?force?policy?changes because of the relationship between Iran-Iraq behaviors after the rise of IS.
