Study on the economic connection and network structure evolution of the Yellow River Basin

黄河流域经济联系及其网络结构演变研究

Abstract:

The strengthening of economic connection and the network structure in the Yellow River Basin are of great significance for the smooth implementation of the national strategy of ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin. Four time points of 2006, 2010, 2014 and 2018 are selected to explore the economic connection and network structure evolution of 90 cities in the Yellow River Basin by using the modified gravity model and social network analysis. Results show that: ①The level of economic connection in the Yellow River Basin has been significantly improved, but the regional differences are significant, and the spatial distribution of high value economic ties is relatively stable, gradually forming a "northeast-southwest" pattern with three-level economic ties connecting multiple network high value concentration centers; ②The network density is on the rise, and the development of the internal and inter regional economic connection in the east, middle and west regions is unbalanced; ③The cities' degree centrality of each region has been improved, and its high value coverage continues to move westward and northward, while the western marginal zone forms a contiguous low centrality area; ④There is an obvious clustering phenomenon in the Yellow River Basin. The internal composition of subgroups at all levels has changed greatly during research period.

摘要:

黄河流域经济联系的强化及其网络结构的合理化构建,对于黄河流域生态保护与高质量发展国家战略的顺利实施具有重要意义。本文选取2006、2010、2014和2018年4个时间截面,应用修正引力模型测度黄河流域90个地市间的经济联系强度,分析其总体格局的发展演化,并运用社会网络分析法探究其网络结构演变态势。结果表明:①黄河流域经济联系水平显著提升,但地区差异显著,且经济联系强度高值的空间分布相对稳定,逐步形成以三级经济联系串联多个网络高值集聚中心的“东北-西南”轴向分布格局;②黄河流域网络密度总体呈上升态势,东、中、西地区内部及区际经济联系发展较不均衡;③流域内各地市度数中心性整体有所提高,其高值覆盖范围不断向西、向北推进,西部边缘地带则形成连片中心性低值区;④研究时段内,黄河流域内部具有明显的集群现象,但各层级子群内部构成变化较大。
