Guide to Authors

  • The principle of reviewing manuscripts in World Regional Studies: two-way anonymous review system and three-review system are adopted. Reviewers and authors are not in the same unit or subject; editors do not disclose each other's names and units to authors and reviewers; cross-disciplinary manuscripts are sent to experts of different disciplines for review. The editors handle manuscripts in strict compliance with the professional code of ethics for editors of scientific and technical journals. The editorial office takes about 2 weeks for the first review, and the external review cycle given to external reviewers is about 35 days.
