中国边境地区土地利用转型与城乡融合发展效率的互动关系

Abstract:

To scientifically analyze the spatial and temporal patterns of regional land use transformation, urban-rural integration development efficiency and their interaction, and to promote urban-rural integration and high-quality socio-economic development in a coordinated manner. This paper comprehensively uses nuclear density, super-efficiency SBM model and panel vector autoregressive model to explore the spatial and temporal pattern characteristics of land use transformation and urban-rural integration development efficiency in China's border areas from 2005 to 2020 and their relationship. The results show that: ①the objects of land use transformation in China's border areas are relatively fixed, mainly represented by the mutual transformation of grassland and unused land, and the level of land use recessive form continues to improve and presents a pattern of "high in northeast, north and southwest, low in central"; ②the overall change of Rural-urban integration development efficiency in the study area is relatively subtle and presents a pattern distribution of "high in the west, low in the east, high in the south and low in the north". The low efficiency area and the medium efficiency area are close to each other, and the distribution of the medium efficiency area and the high efficiency area is relatively scattered;③ the integrated development of urban and rural areas plays an obvious role in promoting the transformation and change of local land use. In order to achieve sound development in China's border areas and respond to the call for rural revitalization, it is necessary to focus on the integrated development of urban and rural areas in the region, rationalize the direction of rational transformation of land use, improve the degree of accurate land use, and cultivate new driving forces for social and economic development.

摘要:

科学探析区域土地利用转型与城乡融合发展效率的时空格局及其互动关系,有助于统筹城乡融合与社会经济高质量发展。本研究综合运用核密度、超效率SBM模型以及面板向量自回归模型等方法,探究中国边境地区2005—2020 年的土地利用转型、城乡融合发展效率的时空格局特征及其两者的交互关系。结果显示:①中国边境地区土地利用实现大幅度转型的对象较为固定,主要表现为草地与未利用地的相互转化,土地利用隐性形态水平持续提升并呈现出“东北、北部、西南高,新疆、西藏边境地区低”的格局;②研究区中,城乡融合发展效率的总体变化细微且呈现出“西高东低、南高北低”的格局分布,其中低效率区、中等效率区较为集中,中高效率区、高效率区分布较为分散;③城乡融合发展对当地土地利用转型具有明显的促进作用,而土地利用转型尚未成为城乡融合发展进程的直接作用因素。中国边境地区要获得良性发展,须转变单向城市化思维,认清城乡转型是以城乡连续体的形态存在,顺应地区土地多样化混合利用的趋势,提高土地利用水平,培育社会经济发展新动能。
