Abstract: This paper comprehensively measures the temporal changes of inter-city, inter-regional and infra-regional difference of Zhejiang province’s FDI from 2001 to 2012 in a quantitative way by using Theil Index. The conclusion can be summarized as followed: the overall difference of Zhejiang’s FDI presents a U-shaped trend, which is matched with the national polices and the international economic background; the overall difference is narrowing in 2001-2006, and expanse in 2007-2012. The difference of infra-regional is larger than that of inter-regional and it is the major factor to overall difference. And then analyze five factors influencing the regional difference of Zhejiang’s FDI, and compare the convergence variation of traditional two economic belts of Zhejiang in a quantitative way by separation index method.

摘要： 本文主要运用Theil指数来定量评价2001-2012年浙江省FDI在时间尺度上地带间、地带内及区域总差异变化情况。结果表明：浙江省吸引FDI总差异呈现U型变化趋势，其与我国国家政策和国际经济大背景基本吻合，在2001-2006年区域总差异逐渐缩小，在2007-2012年呈现扩大的趋势。其中地带间差异大于地带内差异，地带间差异是构成区域总差异的主要因素，然后分析了影响浙江省FDI区域差异及其变化的5个因素，并引用国外的区域分离系数方法，定量比较了浙江省两大地带间的分离收敛的变化规律。
