Abstract: The Randstad in Netherland is the success paradigm of preparation and implementation of spatial planning, and it is the typical example of an international multi-center urban agglomerations. By using literature analysis, this paper reviews the spatial planning process of the Randstad, summarizes the main space management practices, analyzes the spatial structure and layout features of the area. We should use experiences of spatial planning in the region, establish of a unified main spatial planning system, draw ecological protection red strictly, plann the land and sea as a whole to achieve co-ordination development, optimize the layout of urban agglomerations to build China's "Randstad "urban cluster.

摘要： 荷兰兰斯塔德是编制和实施空间规划的成功范式，也是国际多中心城市群的典型代表。本文采用文献分析方法，归纳提炼了兰斯塔德地区的空间规划历程，总结了空间管理的主要做法，分析了该区的空间结构和布局特征。我国应该借鉴该地区的空间规划经验，建立统一的空间规划体系、严格划定生态保护红线、统筹陆海空间实现陆海联动发展、优化城市群空间布局，打造中国的“兰斯塔德”城市群。
