基于专利计量的粤港澳大湾区技术创新流动研究

Abstract:

Based on the patent measurement and spatial relationship of 26 860 technology transfer patents among different cities in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from 1994 to 2019, this paper studies the temporal and spatial evolution law of technological innovation flow in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The research conclusions are as follows: (1) Technological innovation flow in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area between different regions is characterized by dispersion, homogeneity, dual core driving and multi center interaction,and develops unbalancedly between different regions. It has obvious characteristics of geographical proximity and economic proximity. (2) Technological innovation flow in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area between different regions has obvious path locking effect, and its evolution process has the characteristics of path creation. The path dependence of technological innovation flow radiation is more obvious. The spatial sensitivity of agglomeration network is stronger. (3) The network among individuals has the characteristics of "Small World" in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, there is an impedance effect of technology flow within the group. The spillover effect of enterprise technological innovation is not significant enough. (4) In the process of technological innovation flow in study area among individuals, the enterprise is the leading force of network evolution, technology intermediaries and individuals play an important role, while the role of universities and scientific research institutions needs to be strengthened in radiation network.

摘要:

基于1994—2019年粤港澳大湾区不同城市间26 860项技术转移专利计量信息及其空间关系,研究了粤港澳大湾区技术创新流动时空演化规律。研究结论包括:①粤港澳大湾区区域间技术创新流动网络呈散均质-双核心驱动-多中心互动演化趋势,具有明显的地理邻近和经济邻近特征。②区域间网络演化呈明显的路径锁定效应,其过程兼具路径创造特征,辐射网络的路径依赖更明显,集聚网络的空间敏感度更强。③个体间网络具有一定的“小世界”特征,存在技术流在集团内部流动的阻抗作用,企业技术创新外溢效应不够显著。④企业是个体间网络演化主导力量,科技中介机构和个人发挥着重要作用,高校和科研机构流动辐射作用有待增强。
