Abstract: Abstract: Shanxi Province has been the pilot area of national comprehensive reform aiming the transformation of resource-based economy since 2010. As the leading enterprise of Shanxi province, Fenjiu Group is facing both good opportunities and huge challenges. It’s well-known that developing industrial clusters has become one of the most important policy measures to prompt the transitional process of enterprises and regional economy. Firstly, based on Porter’s diamond model, this article analyses six key elements which can play important roles internally and externally in the development of industrial clusters. Secondly, it examines the current situations and problems of liquor cluster of Xinghua Village in Shanxi province. Finally, with the goal of successful transition of Xinghua Village liquor industry, it puts forward major strategic countermeasures that are protecting and utilizing nature resources reasonably, developing distinctive products, enhancing the brand influences, and integrating liquor production with relative tourism.
摘要: 摘 要:2010年山西省正式成为国家资源型经济转型综合配套改革试验区。以汾酒集团为龙头的山西杏花村酒业发展面临机遇和挑战。酒业集群战略是实现企业发展转型和提升地区经济竞争力的重要举措。本文采用迈克尔·波特的钻石结构模型,以酒业集群转型发展的六大要素为切入点,剖析当前山西杏花村酒业发展的现状与问题,提出“合理保护与开发资源、发展特色产业、提升品牌影响力、实现文化与旅游的融合发展”等战略对策,以推动山西杏花村酒业集群实现转型发展。
