The EU and the Regional Regime of Prevention for the International Nuclear Terrorism
    2015, 24(02): 11-19.
    Abstract ( )   PDF (445KB) ( )
Europe is the region of the highest degree of integration in the world, which EU provides an effective regional security as well as other regional public goods. In Europe, there is a potential threat of nuclear terrorism. Now, all of countries from EU have joined the International Convention for the Suppression of Acts of Nuclear Terrorism. Also, the EU has adopted a series of strategies, action plans, common position, common actions and other documents to strengthen the measures to prevent the nuclear terrorism. The threat of nuclear terrorism can come both from the internal area of EU and the outside area. A pure and closed regional regime is not enough to cope with the threat of nuclear terrorism to the regional security. A safer Europe needs to implement the more open regional regime of prevention of nuclear terrorism. The EU should play a relevant role in levels of countries, region and the global to prevent the nuclear terrorism.

An Analysis of Mideast Geopolitical Environment's influence on Iran's Rise
    2015, 24(02): 31-38.
    Abstract ( )   PDF (616KB) ( )
Abstract:Located in the hinterland of power interests’ intersection and collision in the Middle East, the Mideastern geopolitical environment has a direct and profound influence in Iran’s rise. Under the powers’ circled, the coexistence of “dual-core”, “one power” and “a union” is a typical pattern of this region's geopolitical environment. It is an unfavorable influence factor to use “offshore balancer” to block Iran’s rise by powers. And the mutual dependence, competitive and complementary between the Mideastern countries would create some good conditions for Iran’s rise. Although Iran has become the major winner in the Mideast upheavals, but its road of rise is still beset with difficulties. And on the basis of fully grasping the opportunity, it needs to effectively deal with difficulties and challenges to achieve national rise.

    Abstract ( )   PDF (759KB) ( )
With the further development of marine economy, the structure of marine industrial improve continuously. The proportion of in marine industrial structure improve gradually, at the same time, the marine services give an auxiliary support to marine industry. The improving level of urbanization in coastal areas play a catalytic role in the development of service industry, and service industry drive the development of urbanization process to a higher level in a corresponding way. Under the effect of circular cumulative causation, they development together. To discover the improving law, we analysis the urbanization and marine services harmonious development from the perspective of spatial and temporal coupling. Research shows that the urbanization of coastal areas and marine services coordination development level is on the rise, the coordinated development level changed from on the verge of disorder to fine coordination, Marine service industry development situation is good, and the development way from the urbanization promote the development of marine services change to marine services to promote the urbanization process. Regional coordination level difference is obvious, and at the same time shows the characteristics of fluctuation change. Regional coordination level difference is obvious, and at the same time shows the characteristics of fluctuation change. Among coordinated development type, urbanization lag model has a higher proportion of for a long time, and marine services lag type account for high proportion for a short time. Mainly because of the urbanization process presents the "S" curve, the law of the development of Marine services straight upward trend, eventually led to the regional coordination development level, type, shows the characteristics of changes in volatility.

    2015, 24(02): 158-166.
    Abstract ( )   PDF (840KB) ( )
It is estimated that approx. 30% of all tourist expenditure goes into food and beverages, clearly highlighting the importance of tourism-agriculture linkages, thus providing huge potential markets for destination agriculture. In improving the linkages between tourist` food & beverages demands and agriculture production, the evaluation of tourists` perception with destination food & beverage experience is crucial in stimulating tourists` consuming behavior and increasing demand for destination produce in their home environment, further influencing the scope and level of tourism impacts on destination agriculture. Based on 71 detailed structural interviews as data source, this paper explores the perceived evaluation dimensions of tourists on destination food & beverage experience with standard qualitative research program. It is suggested that there are eight evaluation dimensions such as price, local characteristic, product, associated industry, development, authenticity, tourist experience, sanitation in the appraisal of food & beverage industry. Linkage mechanism between food & beverage industry and local agriculture is built on the interviews with the respondents. Some advice about strengthening linkages between destination food & beverage industry and local economy is argued from the perspective of tourists. This paper helps to provide the quantitative evaluation system of destination food & beverage industry with evaluation dimensions and contributes to the policy about improving tourism and local economy.
