Abstract:

Based on 98 of Stephen Chow's films since 1980, this paper analyzes the cooperation between film creators and the regional spatial network by social spatial network analysis, and the following conclusion can be drawn: Stephen chow presents three stages in the personnel cooperation network, from the edge to the core. In terms of space, the regional spatial structure based on the cooperation of creative personnel presents the network spreading from Hong Kong to mainland China and overseas, in which Hong Kong reached 3 646 of degree centrality as the core of the center, followed by Guangdong, Shanghai, Beijing and Taiwan. In terms of time sequence, it shows the process of "going north" from Hong Kong to the inland, with the gradual expansion of the cooperation network. And the property of film companies can better reflect the character of "going north" in the spatial connection. On this basis, this paper analyzes the formation mechanism of the spatial network expansion of Hong Kong films from the perspectives of geographical proximity, cultural homogeneity, business orientation and CEPA policy.
