Recreation function in national parks based on tourists' perceived value: Two case studies of Yellowstone National Park and Wuyishan National Park

基于游客感知价值的国家公园游憩功能研究

Abstract:

A comparative analysis of tourists' recreation behavior and needs in national parks at home and abroad from the perspective of tourists' perceived value can provide a scientific basis for the realization of national parks' recreation function. Taking Yellowstone National Park and Wuyishan National Park as the cases, this paper divides the tourist value of national parks into seven dimensions: brand value, environmental value, experience value, service value, emotional value, cognitive value and cost value by collecting the online travel notes published by tourists and network text analysis in software, ROST CM6. The overall evaluation of Yellowstone National Park is much higher than that of Wuyishan National Park by comparing the evaluation of tourists from the two parks and scoring quantitatively.Based on this, it is concluded that the recreation needs of tourists in the national park are: getting close to nature, relaxing body and mind, increasing the characteristic experience, strengthening the body, seeking knowledge and aesthetics, etc. and the corresponding recreation function of the national park should include: natural display function, outdoor recreation function, natural science popularization function, natural aesthetic education function, etc. This paper puts forward five optimization suggestions, considering the actual situation of Wuyishan National Park, which includes multi-form natural display, abundant outdoor recreation products, construction of nature education system, improvement of infrastructure and establishment of brand image.

摘要:

从游客感知价值角度切入,对比分析游客在中外国家公园中的游憩行为和需求,可为国家公园游憩功能的实现提供科学依据。本文以美国黄石国家公园和中国武夷山国家公园为案例地,收集游客发布的网络游记,利用ROST CM6软件进行网络文本分析,将国家公园游客感知价值分为七个维度:品牌价值、环境价值、体验价值、服务价值、情感价值、认知价值和成本价值。对比两地游客的评价,量化打分后,发现游客对黄石国家公园的总体评价要远高于武夷山国家公园。基于此得出游客在国家公园的游憩需求有:亲近自然、放松身心、增加特色体验、强身健体、求知审美等,相对应的国家公园游憩功能应包括:自然展示功能、户外游憩功能、自然科普功能、自然美育功能等。结合武夷山国家公园的实际情况,对其提出五方面优化建议,包括多形式进行自然展示、丰富户外游憩产品、构建自然教育体系、完善基础设施和建立品牌形象。
