Research on the measurement and linkage potential of regional industrial synergy development: Take "one region, two clusters" in Chongqing as an example

区域产业协同发展水平测度及联系潜力分析

Abstract:

Promoting industrial synergy between "one region and two clusters" is crucial for fostering coordinated regional development in Chongqing. Based on the composite system cooperation degree model, the order degree of Chongqing's "one region, two clusters" industrial subsystem and the synergy degree of composite system industrial development are systematically analyzed, and the potential of industrial linkages and advantageous industries in each region are further evaluated by revising the inter-regional distance calculation. The results show that: ① From 2017 to 2022, the orderliness of each industrial subsystem generally exhibited an upward trend, indicating robust industrial system development. However, industrial synergy degree within the three regions' composite systems fluctuated at a low level, suggesting that regional industrial collaboration remains unstable and highly susceptible to policy shifts and external economic factors. ② In terms of industrial linkage potential, the main city and Northeast Chongqing have strong cooperation potential in the field of labor-intensive industries and infrastructure, and the main city and southeast Chongqing have complementarity in the field of resource-based industries, while the connection between Northeast and Southeast Chongqing is concentrated in medium and low technology industries. ③ The internal industrial homogeneity and inefficient division of labor within the "two clusters" are particularly evident, while the central urban area and surrounding regions within the "one region" show complementary advantages. Based on the above findings, this paper puts forward some recommends in strengthening overall planning,optimizing industrial division of labor, and promoting cross-regional collaboration,so as to advance the coordinated industrial development of Chongqing to a higher level.

摘要:

推动“一区两群”产业协同是构建重庆区域协调发展新格局的重中之重。基于复合系统协同度模型,系统分析重庆“一区两群”产业子系统的有序度及复合系统产业发展协同度, 并通过修正区域间距离测算方法,进一步评估各地区的产业联系潜力与优势产业。结果表明:①2017—2022年,各产业子系统有序度总体呈上升趋势,产业系统发展水平良好。三地复合系统产业协同度呈低水平波动态势,表明区域产业协同尚不稳定,容易受到政策及外部经济环境的影响。②从产业联系潜力来看,主城与渝东北在劳动密集型产业和基础设施领域合作潜力较强;主城与渝东南在资源型产业领域具有明显互补性;渝东北与渝东南之间的联系集中于技术门槛较低的行业。③“两群”内部产业同构及产业分工不够合理的现象突出;而在“一区”内,中心城区与周边地区可形成优势互补。据此,提出加强统筹规划、优化产业分工、促进跨区域协作等建议,以推动重庆区域产业协同发展迈向更高水平。
