摘要:
数字经济以其强渗透性和泛在化特点,不断渗透到人类社会生产生活和城市治理的方方面面。通过对学界、政府、媒体、行业关于数字经济研究和发展的回顾,揭示了数字经济理论研究滞后于应用实践的现状;结合其与信息技术的关系,提出微观技术、中观产业以及宏观经济活动三个层面的理解及四个方面的认识。对数字经济是否减少“面对面”以及导致“距离的死亡”两个话题进一步探讨,按照数字经济可达性网络与城市空间、数字经济产业与城市空间、数字经济与城市网络的脉络对数字经济与城市空间的网络发展进行研究,并分析了治理安全与网络公平两个挑战。研究认为:没有证据表明数字经济一定会导致“面对面”减少和“距离的死亡”;可达性网络、数字经济产业及城市网络等内容成为数字经济与城市空间发展和研究的新内容;数字经济时代治理安全和网络公平的挑战不容忽视。本文还展望了网络空间地理学发展以及城市数字空间与物理空间融合及数字经济科技伦理治理等问题。
