城市群技术创新网络对创新效率的影响

The effect of technological innovation networks on innovation efficiency in urban agglomerations

摘要:

城市群内部城市间的协同创新有利于提升城市群整体创新效率,但城市群创新网络对创新效率的具体影响尚不明晰。以“十四五”规划提出重点建设的19个城市群为研究对象,引入社会网络分析、随机前沿分析、普通最小二乘法、面板回归等方法,运用2000—2019年所有城市群的城市专利申请和城市间专利合作等数据,分析城市群创新网络对创新效率的影响。研究发现:①中国19个城市群的技术创新效率具有明显的异质性,相比中西部地区,东部沿海地区的城市技术创新效率更高;②技术创新合作网络对创新效率具有显著影响,不同网络指标对创新效率的影响有所差异,节点指标与创新效率并没有表现出显著的正相关关系,而网络总体指标对创新效率的影响更加显著;③不同属性的多中心性对创新效率的影响具有显著差异。城市群功能多中心性的显著性比形态多中心性更加稳定,系数值也更高。本文揭示了城市群技术创新网络对创新绩效的影响,旨在为城市群创新资源配置的优化提供科学参考。

Abstract:

Collaborative innovation among cities within urban agglomeration is conducive to improving the overall innovation efficiency of urban agglomeration, but the specific impact of urban agglomeration innovation network on innovation efficiency is still unclear. Taking the 19 urban agglomerations proposed to be constructed in the 14th Five Year Plan as the research region. The social network analysis, stochastic frontier analysis, ordinary least squares, and panel regression are utilized to analyze the impact of urban agglomeration innovation network on innovation efficiency by using the data of urban patent applications and intercity patent cooperation of all urban agglomerations from 2000 to 2019. The results show that: ①The technological innovation efficiency of 19 urban agglomerations in China has obvious heterogeneity. Compared with the central and western regions, the urban technological innovation efficiency of the eastern coastal regions is higher; ②Technological innovation cooperation network has a significant impact on innovation efficiency. The impact of different network indicators on innovation efficiency is different. Node indicators do not show a significant positive correlation with technological production efficiency, while the overall network indicators have a more significant impact on innovation efficiency; ③The effect of the polycentricity of different attributes on innovation efficiency is significantly different. The significance of functional polycentricity of urban agglomeration is more stable than that of morphological polycentricity, and the coefficient value is also higher. This paper reveals the impact of the technological innovation network of urban agglomeration on innovation performance, which can provide scientific reference for the optimal allocation of urban innovation resources.
