Abstract:

Exploring the process, characteristics, and development paths of rural restructuring from a functional perspective is crucial to promoting rural revitalization in the new era. Based on an analysis of rural restructuring from this perspective, this study uses Beigou Village in Beijing, as a case study. By employing questionnaire surveys and semi-structured interviews, the research analyzes the process and characteristics of the functional restructuring at the case site and discusses the dynamic mechanisms that drive functional reconstruction and their role in promoting rural revitalization. Research findings include： ① In the process of rural transformation and development， functional restructuring achieves systemic changes across the entire countryside through the restructuring of rural production， life， and ecological functions， aiming to coordinate the development of rural society， economy， and environment to achieve rural revitalization. ② The functions of Beigou Village have evolved from differentiation to optimization and have gone through three stages： functional differentiation and dysfunction， dysfunction to optimization， and functional optimization. Throughout these stages， the commercialization trend of rural non-agricultural production functions， aesthetic consumption functions， and spatial mobility has gradually increased. ③ Influenced by a combination of internal and external driving forces, various functions of Beigou Village have been restructuring, promoting the spatial agglomeration of the village, enriching business formats, adjusting the social structure, enhancing cultural diversity, and optimizing the living environment, thereby promoting regional rural revitalization. The analysis of rural functions and restructuring aims to enrich and deepen the theory of rural transformation and provide theoretical reference and case reference for rural revitalization.

摘要：

以功能视角探讨乡村重构的过程、特征和发展路径，对推动新时代下的乡村振兴至关重要。在分析功能视角下乡村重构的基础上，以北京市怀柔区北沟村为例，运用问卷调查以及半结构访谈方法，分析了案例地功能重构推动乡村重构的过程、特征，并探讨了功能重构动力机制及其驱动乡村振兴的作用机理。研究发现：①在乡村转型发展过程中，功能重构通过对乡村生产、生活、生态功能的重新配置，实现对整个乡村的系统性变革，旨在使乡村的社会、经济和环境更为协调发展，实现乡村振兴。②北沟村的功能由分化转向优化发展，其重构经历了3个阶段：功能分化和失调阶段、功能失调转向优化阶段、功能优化阶段。经过3个阶段的发展，乡村的非农生产功能和美学消费功能、空间商品化趋势逐渐增强。③在内、外部驱动力的综合作用下，北沟村的各个功能都发生了重构，促进了村庄空间集聚、业态丰富、社会结构调整、文化多元和人居环境优化，推动了地区乡村振兴。对乡村功能与重构的分析，旨在丰富和深化乡村转型理论，为乡村振兴提供理论借鉴和案例参考。
