21世纪海上丝绸之路”沿线国家绿色贸易格局的时空演变

Spatial-temporal evolution of green trade pattern in countries along "the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road"

摘要:

绿色贸易是海上丝绸之路建设的重要组成部分之一,在延伸绿色产业链、引导绿色投资方向以及优化绿色产业布局等方面均发挥着重要的作用。基于有序聚类、中心度、贸易竞合关系等方法与模型,对2000—2019年“21世纪海上丝绸之路”沿线国家绿色贸易的地位及时空变化以及中国与域内国家绿色贸易竞争合作关系进行研究。结果表明:①从地位和空间结构来看,2000—2019年沿线国家绿色贸易地位在世界范围内有显著改善,区域绿色贸易的“多核心”空间结构进一步增强,东南亚一直处于“核心”梯队的主体地位。②从中国与沿线国家绿色贸易关系来看,中国长时期处于逆差状态,虽然竞争优势呈现逐年提升的趋势,但仍然较弱;中国与沿线国家之间的绿色贸易具有较强的互补性,产品结构逐步趋向更加合理。

Abstract:

The green trade as one of the important content of green silk road construction, pays an important role in the extension of the green supply chain, guide the direction of the green investment and improve the green industry layout. Firstly, the green trade data of countries along the Silk Road from 2000 to 2019 are divided into four stages based on the ordered clustering method, and then the changes of regional status, intra-regional pattern and intra-regional competition and cooperation in global green trade in each stage are explored. The results show that :①From the perspective of global status and spatial structure, the global status of green trade of countries along the "sea line" has significantly increased from 2000 to 2019.The "multi-core" spatial structure of regional green trade is also becoming more and more obvious. Among them, Southeast Asia has been in the "core" echelon of the main position. ② From the perspective of the green trade structure between China and the countries along the "Silk Road", China's green trade deficit is unstable and in a long-term deficit state, and its external competitive advantage is increasing year by year, but it is still in a weak competitive advantage; However, the structure of green trade products between China and countries along the "Silk Road" is reasonable and highly complementary.
