京津冀城市群建设用地转型的时空演化与驱动因素

Abstract:

The study elaborates the theoretical connotation of construction land transformation and constructs a measurement system, applies the combined assignment TOPSIS model, global trend surface, center of gravity migration model and standard deviation ellipse to study the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of construction land transformation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration, and applies Geographic Detector to identify its driving factors. The results show: ① the construction land transformation is characterized by the "rapid rise-oscillatory fluctuation-smooth rise" stage; ② the construction land transformation is characterized by the pattern of northeast high-southwest low, regional synergy, and smooth rise; ③the center of gravity of the construction land transformation is located in the southeast of the geometric center of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and eventually shifted to the northeast, and the standard deviation ellipse shows obvious northeast-southwest directiona change, and the spatial distribution is relatively smooth; ④ the construction land transformation is driven by multiple factors and the interactions of the driving factors are all mutually reinforced, indicating that the interactions of the driving factors enhance the explanatory ability of the construction land transformation.

摘要:

系统阐述建设用地转型的理论内涵并构建测度指标体系,运用组合赋权TOPSIS模型、全局趋势面、重心迁移模型与标准差椭圆方法揭示京津冀城市群建设用地转型时空演化特征,并借助地理探测器识别其驱动因素。研究结果如下:①建设用地转型时序演化表现为快速上升-震荡波动-平稳上升的阶段特征;②建设用地转型空间演化表现为东北高-西南低、区域协同、平稳提升的格局特征;③建设用地转型重心位于京津冀几何中心东南方位且最终向东北方向偏移,标准差椭圆具有明显的东北-西南方向性特征,空间分布较为平稳;④建设用地转型是由多核心因素驱动演化的,且驱动因素的交互作用均为增强关系,交互探测结果表现为非线性增强和双因子增强,说明驱动因素的交互作用增强了对建设用地转型时空演化的解释能力。
