我国高铁技术创新模式演化路径分析

Analysis on the evolution path of technology innovation model of China's High-speed Rail

摘要:

以演化经济地理学为理论基础,通过总结和梳理我国高铁技术创新发展历程,从演化视角分析了我国高铁技术创新模式的演化路径。研究结果表明:(1)我国高铁技术创新模式经历了从“封闭式自主创新”到“引进消化吸收再创新”再到“开放式自主创新”的演化路径,通过引入竞争机制激发创新活力,依靠创新驱动,成功实现了对高铁强国的追赶;(2)我国高铁技术之所以在短期内取得如此快的发展速度,这与我国早期自主创新期的技术积累分不开,前期的研发创新为后来的技术进步奠定了坚实基础;(3)在技术引进过程中采取的“联合设计生产、打造中国品牌”原则,有效实施了“以市场换技术”的发展战略,为我国高铁技术的引进消化吸收再创新提供了制度保障;(4)政府在我国高铁技术研发和引进过程中起到了重要的推动作用,充分发挥了“集中力量办大事”的优势,促进了我国高铁技术的持续创新。

Abstract:

Based on summarizing and sorting the development history of technology innovation of China's high-speed rail, according to the theory of evolutionary economics geography, the evolutionry path of technology innovation model of China's high-speed rail was analyzed from the perspective of evolution. The result shows as following.(1)China's high-speed rail technology innovation model has experienced an evolutionary path from closed independent innovation to introduction, digestion, absorption and innovation to open independent innovation, relying on innovation by introducing a competitive mechanism, successfully catching up to high-speed rail powers.(2)The reason why China's high-speed rail technology has achieved such rapid development in the short term is due to the accumulation of technology in China's early period of independent innovation which laid a solid foundation for future technological progress.(3)The principle of joint design and production, building Chinese brands is adopted in the process of technology introduction, and the market-oriented technology development strategy is implemented effectively, which is providing an institutional guarantee for the introduction, digestion, absorption and innovation of China's high-speed rail technology.(4)The government plays an important role in the development and introduction of high-speed rail technology in China,and takes the advantages of national system of concentrating power to do great, which promotes the continuous innovation of China's high-speed rail technology constantly.
