Abstract:

The era of digital economy is an important opportunity to promote the regional integration strategy. Based on the theoretical analysis of the causal relationship between digital economy and regional integration, using the data of 26 prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze River Delta region from 2013 to 2020, an evaluation index system of digital economy and regional integration was constructed, and the panel data fixed effect model was used to empirically test the impact of digital economy on regional integration and its mechanism. It is found that: ① the development of digital economy can significantly promote the process of regional and regional integration, and from the perspective of subdivision, digital infrastructure has the greatest positive effect on regional integration, followed by digital industry; ② Optimizing the allocation of regional capital, technology and human factors is an important path for the digital economy to promote regional integration, among which the improvement of the allocation level of capital factors has the greatest impact on the regional integration effect of the digital economy. Therefore, further deepening regional integration should improve the level of regional digital economy development, continue to promote and improve the construction of digital infrastructure, strengthen the training of talents with higher education, and continuously stimulate the driving role of the digital economy in regional integration.

摘要：

数字经济时代是进一步推进区域一体化战略的重要机遇。在理论分析数字经济与区域一体化因果关系的基础上，基于2013—2020年长三角地区26个地级市的相关数据，构建数字经济与区域一体化评价指标体系，并运用面板数据固定效应模型，实证检验数字经济对区域一体化的影响及其作用机制。研究发现：①数字经济的发展能够显著推进地区区域一体化进程，且从细分维度而言，数字基础设施对区域一体化的正向促进作用最大，数字产业次之；②优化区域资本、技术和人力要素配置是数字经济促进区域一体化的重要路径，其中资本要素配置水平的提升对数字经济的区域一体化效应影响最大。因此，进一步深化区域一体化应提升地区数字经济发展水平，持续推进和完善数字基础设施建设，加强高等学历人才的培养，不断激发数字经济对区域一体化的驱动作用。
