Regional spatial interactions are research focus of regional science, economic geography. This articles sort out domestic and abroad spatial interaction theory, measurement model and research contents, the results show that the measurement of spatial interaction models are mainly gravity model and its derivative models, urban flow model, geo-economic relationship model, the classical gravity model application in practice to constantly adjust and deepen, and the relative model for the city flow model and geo-economic model is less relevant applied research. An empirical study of spatial interaction can be summarized as characteristics of regional linkages, regional spatial structure, the regional geo-economic relations research, applied research on microscopic fields. From the research point of view, research on regional ties and regional spatial structure characteristics are much more than others, and for regional geo-economic relations needs to be strengthened discussed, especially the indicators need more comprehensive measure. Regional spatial interaction has two-dimensional characteristics, studies have linked more to the horizontal dimension, as the global network of cities increasingly emerge, through a variety attribute data to explore the links of vertical dimension will be an important direction, the cities at different scales or inter-regional network structure, function and relationship research may become the focus of attention.
