国家农业科技园区的空间分布特征及对农村居民增收的影响

Abstract:

As an important spatial carrier for China's implementation of the innovation-driven strategy and comprehensive rural revitalization, National Agricultural Science and Technology Parks are of great significance for promoting agricultural modernization and increasing rural residents' income. Based on the panel data of 280 prefecture-level cities and 301 National Agricultural Science and Technology Parks from 2006 to 2021, this paper analyzes the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of National Agricultural Science and Technology Parks and rural residents' income levels by using standard deviation ellipse and kernel density estimation and constructing a difference-in-difference(DID) model, and explores the impact of the construction of National Agricultural Science and Technology Parks on the increase of rural residents' income. The results showed that: ① The construction of National Agricultural Science and Technology Parks gradually formed a spatial evolution pattern from "multi-point polar core" to "sheet continuous". The income level of rural residents increased steadily in the whole. The income growth rate of rural residents in the central and western regions was higher than the national average, but the proportion of relatively low and low-income residents still reached 75.58%. ② The construction of National Agricultural Science and Technology Parks can promote the increase of rural residents' income by 3.4%, and initially form a mechanism to promote the expansion of agricultural industry scale, agricultural technology progress and rural entrepreneurial activities to achieve income increase. ③ According to the income level of rural residents and regions, the effect of National Agricultural Science and Technology Parks on the income of rural residents in the central and western regions and middle and high-income levels is more obvious.

摘要:

作为中国实施创新驱动发展战略和乡村全面振兴的重要空间载体,国家农业科技园区对促进农业现代化和农村居民增收具有重要意义。基于2006—2021年280个地级市面板数据和301个国家农业科技园区样本,采用标准差椭圆、核密度估计等方法分析国家农业科技园区和农村居民收入水平的时空演变特征,并通过构建双重差分模型探究国家农业科技园区建设带动农村居民增收的影响效应。结果表明:①国家农业科技园区建设的空间格局逐渐由“多点极核”向“片状连绵”格局演变。农村居民收入水平总体稳步提升,中西部地区农村居民收入增长率高于全国平均水平,但处于较低和低收入水平的农村居民占比仍达75.58%。②国家农业科技园区建设能够促进农村居民收入增长3.4%,初步形成通过促进农业产业规模扩张、农业技术进步和农村创业活动实现增收的作用机制。③按区域和农村居民收入水平分组看,国家农业科技园区对中西部地区及中高收入水平的农村居民具有更明显的增收效应。
